Refund Policy

At WoW Lipps, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to ensure that every order reaches you safely.

In the rare case that your order does not arrive within 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund. Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected, or automatically in case of delayed delivery exceeding 30 days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment method and bank policies.

 

Return Policy 

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. If you wish to return an item, it must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products are not eligible for return. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team.

 

How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped.

 

Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.
*Cancellation requests are subject to a 12£ processing fees.
